After spending the last several years working as a high school teacher, I sensed it was time to make a change. I sought the wisdom of friends and family members and the overwhelming feedback I received was to pursue counseling. And so, here I am. A connoisseur of deep thoughts and a curator of mental well-being, I enjoy shaping minds and soothing troubled souls with theological wisdom, existential insight, and paradoxical humor.<br><br>I have been married for over 25 years to the most amazing woman. She is talented, adventurous, beautiful, and goofy. Together we have three grown children. I still enjoy pushing myself on the field of competition and when able, I love to travel and experience new cultures. Working from an existential framework, my goal is to help the client find meaning in the midst of chaos. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning I\u2019m deeply interested in how you experience the world in which you exist. I firmly believe that people are wounded in relationship and are therefore healed in relationship. My style tends to be pragmatic, but relational. I\u2019m curious, humorous, and perceptive.
